Hi, my name is Wally and YES I am really a fireman.  I work in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago.  I have always had a love of cooking, and have even won a few firefighter cookoffs.  I have always enjoyed making different things for my two families... my family home and my family at the firehouse.  

It was with the  encourgement of my families  that I made my dips for, and the support of my wife Kerry, that I started this buisness.  So I named the buisness after the place where it all started:
